Pizza Fusion has delicious gluten free pizza pies. Good Karma Cafe is not only celiac friendly, but is also great for vegans. They even offer rice pasta.
Bertuccis, Macaroni Grill, and Olive Garden are Italian restaurants that can offer those fresh herbal flavors without having to worry about the traditional wheat pasta appearing on your plate.
Houlihans, Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse, Chilis, and Long Horn have terrific steaks and hamburgers that you can get bun free, but still have all the trimmings such as cheese, pickles, ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes.

I’ve been to most of these restaurants and find it such a relief that popular places like these have gf menus. I also just discovered through a friend a chain called Iron Hill Breweries with a really big gf menus plus a gf beer: http://www.ironhillbrewery.com/.
