Chiropractic care is adjustment and manipulation of the spine. To go more into specifics, lets review the term subluxation. Basically, the vertebrae in the spinal column are misplaced or moved from their natural position.

Acupuncture treats patients by manipulating thin, solid needles that have been inserted into acupuncture points in the skin. By stimulating these points, it can correct imbalances in the flow of qi through channels known as meridians.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. The goal of yoga is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating.

Lastly, nutrition is the body’s absorption of food. The body needs macro and micro nutrients which include fats, carbs, proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
